Governor Dannel P. Malloy is ordering Connecticut and U.S. flags to fly at half staff tomorrow in honor of Corporal Primo C. Carnabuci, a Hartford native who was killed in action during the Korean War and is being buried in Clinton on Thursday.

Gov. Malloy: Connecticut Awarded $30 Million for New Haven-Hartford-Springfield High Speed Rail Project
Governor Dannel P. Malloy today announced that the State of Connecticut has been awarded $30 million in federal funding for the third phase of the New Haven-Hartford-Springfield (NHHS) high-speed intercity passenger rail project. The money is part of the $2 billion that the U.S. Department of Transportation opened for applications in March after it was declined by Florida Governor Rick Scott.

Gov. Malloy: Connecticut Receives More Than $1 Million From FEMA in Snow Disaster Assistance
Governor Dannel P. Malloy today announced that the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has obligated $1,046,295 in funding to the state of Connecticut to reimburse state agencies, local governments and eligible private nonprofit organizations for costs associated with the January 11-12 snowstorm. Additional funds will be obligated as FEMA continues to process applications.
