Transportation Complaints

Individuals Rights to File a Complaint Regarding Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Services

Individuals who are dissatisfied with the services provided by their non-emergency medical transportation services have the right to file complaints or grievances without fear of retaliation or reprisal. Currently in Connecticut, MTM is the state contracted NEMT service provider and works to arrange rides for eligible HUSKY Health Medicaid members to get to and from their health care appointments. If an individual wants to file a grievance against MTM, there are several ways to do so.
