The Vaccines On-Hand screen within the Inventory module allows you to view, modify and manually add to your inventory. Automatically add inventory when you receive your inventory shipment in CT WiZ.
Please Note:
- If you administer privately-supplied vaccines, all clinics who use the CT WiZ User Interface (UI) MUST add your private inventory to CT WiZ before administering doses to patient's records. The inventory on hand screen populates dropdowns in the patient vaccine administration screens.
- If you are reporting from your Electronic Health Record (EHR), then all the patient and vaccinations administered come over electronically and you do not need to enter inventory for privately supplied vaccines.
