HUSKY Primary Care - Provider Advisory Group

The HUSKY Primary Care program is a collaborative effort between the Medicaid Program and its providers. Therefore an important part of the program is the Provider Advisory Group, which is helping develop and implement the pilot program.  The Advisory Group and its three subcommittees on Care Coordination, Disease Management, and Data and Evaluation, are intimately involved in the development of the program.
