CFOG 2000 Essay Winner
     The winning essay in 2000 Freedom of Information High School Essay Contest, "The Freedom of Information Act," was written by Ronald J. Vaccaro, then a senior at Notre Dame High School in West Haven.  He is the recipient of a $500 essay prize.
