The above-captioned matter was scheduled to be heard as a contested case on July 2, 2013, at 9:30 A.M., however, neither the complainants nor the respondents appeared for the hearing.  There is no evidence in the record that either the complainants or the respondents requested a continuance of the contested case hearing date, or in any way informed the Commission that they were unable to appear on July 2, 2013.

     The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:

     1. The complaint is hereby dismissed.
