     The above-captioned matter was scheduled to be heard as a contested case on March 26, 2013, at which time the respondents appeared, but the complainant failed to appear to prosecute her complaint. The record of this case shows that the complainant had orally requested a telephonic hearing some time prior to March 22, 2013, but had been denied that request.

     The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:
     1.  The complaint is dismissed for failure to prosecute.
