The above-captioned matter was heard as a contested case on March 5, 2013, at which time the complainants and the respondents appeared, stipulated to certain facts and presented testimony, exhibits and argument on the complaint. At the hearing, upon the petition of Webster Bank, N.A. and IMG, College, LLC., each was granted party status, pursuant to the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies ยง1-21j-30(b), without objection from the complainants or the University of Connecticut respondents. The case caption has been amended accordingly.
By letter dated April 25, 2013, the complainants notified the Commission that they wished to withdraw their complaint in this matter. The Commission takes administrative notice of such withdrawal.
The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:
1. Based upon the withdrawal, the complaint is hereby dismissed, with prejudice.
