The above-captioned matter was heard as a contested case on February 28, 2012, at which times the complainants and the respondents appeared and presented testimony, exhibits and argument on the complaint. 

     Prior to the issuance of the hearing officer’s report, by letter dated March 13, 2012, and received by the Commission on March 14, 2012, the complainants stated that they wished to withdraw the complaint.  The Commission takes administrative notice of such letter.

     The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:

     1.  Based upon the withdrawal of the complaint, the case is hereby dismissed.
