In the Matter of a Complaint by

and Assistant Director of the
Connecticut Real Estate Commission,
     Respondents
December 13, 1978

    
      The above captioned matter was scheduled for hearing on October 4, 1978, at which time the complainant and the respondents appeared and entered into an agreement regarding the manner in which certain documents could be inspected and copies obtained.
      The matter was continued to November 2, 1978 at 2 p.m.   Nothing further having been heard from the complainant, it is assumed that the terms of the agreement have been fulfilled.
       The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above captioned complaint:

      1. The complaint is hereby dismissed.
