     The above captioned matter was scheduled as a contested case on August 29, 1978 at which time both parties appeared and settled the matter by stipulation.
     The respondent board admitted that certain minutes had not been ready within the time limits set forth at ยง1-21, G.S.  It stipulated that in the future it would comply with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act as had been its custom in the past.
     The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above captioned complaint:
     1.  The complaint is hereby dismissed.
     Approved by order of the Freedom of Information Commission on September 13, 1978.
