The above captioned matter was scheduled for hearing on June 13, 1978 at which time the complainants and the respondents appeared and reached an agreement prior to the hearing.

     The respondents claimed that the affidavit which the complainants sought had been lost. However, the complainants agreed to withdraw their complaint if the respondent would obtain an affidavit from a certain retired police officer stating what he had done with the affidavit the complainants sought.

     The respondents subsequently obtained information from the aforesaid police officer which enable them to locate the missing affidavit. The respondents sent a copy of the affidavit to the complainants. The complaint was withdrawn on July 3, 1978.
