of  the Department of Social Services,
     Respondents
August 1, 1978

     The above captioned matter was scheduled for hearing on May 31, 1978 at which time it was continued to June 30, 1978 at 2 p.m. to enable the parties to come to an agreement.
     The parties reached an agreement as to compliance.
     Based on the record in the above captioned matter the following order by the Commission is recommended.
     1. The complaint is hereby dismissed.
