The Superior Court of Hartford County,
     Respondents
June 14, 1978

     The above captioned matter was heard as a contested case on May 30, 1978 at which time the complainant did not appear.
     By letter dated May 25, 1978 and filed with the Commission shortly after hearing on May 30, 1978, the complainant, through his representative, notified the Commission that he will not appear at hearing, but rather will proceed by requesting a transcript through the court stenographer.
     The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above captioned complaint:
     1. The complaint is hereby dismissed.
          Approved by order of the Freedom of Information Commission on June 28, 1978.
