The above captioned matter was a complaint based on an alleged denial of a request for documents.  Prior to hearing the respondent tendered compliance and notified the Commission. After being notified that the requested documents would be furnished, the complainant's representative did not appear.

     The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above captioned complaint:

     1. The complaint is hereby dismissed.
