of Police of the Town of Hamden,
     Respondents
April 17, 1978

     The above captioned matter was heard as a contested case on March 6, 1978, at which time the complainant and the respondents appeared and presented testimony and argument on the complaint.
     By letter filed with the Commission on April 11, 1978, the complainant notified the Commission that all of the records relating to this matter have been released to him. Accordingly, he requested that his complaint be withdrawn.
     The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the foregoing:
     1. The complaint is hereby dismissed.
