     The above-captioned matter was heard as a contested case on November 12, 2015, at which time the complainant and respondents appeared, stipulated to certain facts and requested that the contested case hearing be continued for ninety (90) days while the parties attempt to resolve the remaining unsettled issues associated with the complaint.
     The hearing officer continued the November 12, 2015 contested case hearing to February 16, 2016, which was then rescheduled upon joint request of the parties, to April 18, 2016.  By email dated April 14, 2016, complainant’s counsel informed the Commission that the complainant wished to withdraw the complaint in the above-captioned matter.  The Commission takes administrative notice of such withdrawal.

     The following orders by the Commission are hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:

     1.   Based on the withdrawal of the complaint, the case is hereby dismissed.

     2. The Commission commends the parties on having reached a settlement without full adjudication.
