The above-captioned matter was heard as a contested case on December 1, 2014, at which time the complainants appeared but the respondents did not. The matter was continued until December 10, 2014, it appearing that the respondents may not have received notice of the hearing.  On December 9, 2014, the complainants notified the Commission that they had resolved the complaint with the respondents, and were withdrawing their complaint.

     The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:

     1.  The complaint is dismissed.  The parties are commended for reaching a resolution of the complaint.
