February 4, 2015

     The above-captioned matter was scheduled to be heard as a contested case on December 2, 2014, at which time the complainant and the respondents appeared, but did not present testimony or evidence on the complaint.  Rather, the hearing was continued to permit the parties to discuss the possibility of settlement.
     By email dated December 2, 2014, the complainant informed the Commission that she wished to withdraw her complaint.  The Commission takes administrative notice of such withdrawal.
     The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned matter.
     1.  The complaint is hereby dismissed.
