The above-captioned matter was scheduled for a hearing as a contested case on October 29, 2014, at which time both the complainant and respondents appeared.  Following a preliminary introduction of the case and review of the hearing procedures on the record, the parties agreed to hold an off the record settlement conference without the presence of the hearing officer.  After the settlement conference, the complainant and the respondents informed the Commission that they had reached a possible settlement of the complaint in this matter.  The parties also informed the Commission that if the settlement conditions were met, the complainant would withdraw her complaint.  The hearing was continued. 

     A second hearing was scheduled for January 8, 2015.  However, by letter received and filed on December 9, 2014, the complainant notified the Commission that she wished to withdraw her complaint.  The Commission takes administrative notice of such withdrawal.

     The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:

     1.  Based on the withdrawal of the complaint, the case is hereby dismissed.
