     The above-captioned matter was scheduled to be heard as a contested case on July 30, 2014, at which time the complainant and the respondents appeared.
     However, prior to any presentation of testimony, exhibits and argument on the complaint, the parties reached an agreement and the complainant indicated, on the record, that he wished to withdraw his complaint.
     The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:
     1.  The complaint is dismissed.

     2.  The parties are commended for their resolution of this matter.
