Final Decision FIC2013-389
In the Matter of a Complaint by
FINAL DECISION
Darlene Chapdelaine,
     Complainant
     against
Docket #FIC 2013-389
First Selectman, Town of Eastford; and
Town of Eastford,
     Respondents
February 11, 2014

The above-captioned matter was heard as a contested case on January 2, 2014, at which time the complainant and the respondents appeared, stipulated to certain facts and presented testimony and argument on the complaint.
The parties stipulated that all matters raised in the above-captioned complaint, other than the relevance of the Commission’s earlier decision in Docket #FIC 2012-569, were also raised in Docket #FIC 2013-398, Darlene Chapdelaine v. First Selectman, Town of Eastford et al., which was heard on December 12, 2012. The complainant therefore withdrew the instant complaint, with the understanding that she could address a letter to the hearing officer in Docket #FIC 2013-398 and raise the relevance of Docket #FIC 2012-569 to Docket #FI 2013-398.

The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:
     1.  The complaint is dismissed.

Approved by Order of the Freedom of Information Commission at its regular meeting of February 11, 2014.
