     The above-captioned matter was scheduled to be heard as a contested case on June 23, 2014 at 11:00 a.m., at which time the respondents appeared, but the complainant failed to appear. This case was consolidated for hearing with Docket #FIC 2013-780, Ioannis Kaloids v. Vernon Riddick et al.
     The following order by the Commission is hereby recommended on the basis of the record concerning the above-captioned complaint:
     1. The complaint is dismissed for failure to prosecute.
