Black History Month Ceremony on 02/27/25 at 10:00 a.m.
"Commissioner Welch invites the public to attend the agency’s Black History Month Ceremony. The ceremony will take place on our Rocky Hill campus in our Gold Star Families Memorial Auditorium.
