Annual List of Distributors for Motor Vehicle Fuels Tax Purposes
This publication has been obsoleted by AN 2001(2)
PURPOSE: The purpose of this Announcement is to publish the quarterly list of distributors that are licensed for motor vehicle fuels tax purposes. The policy behind publishing an annual list and quarterly lists of persons being added to or deleted from the last list is discussed in Policy Statement 92(14.4), Annual and Quarterly Lists of Distributors for Motor Vehicle Fuels Tax Purposes. The statutory authority for publication of this information may be found in Conn. Gen. Stat. §12-458(a).
NEW DIESEL FUEL DISTRIBUTORS: Since the last list was published, the following persons have been licensed as distributors of diesel fuel, propane or natural gas only. As of the date indicated below, motor vehicle fuels tax is not payable on sales of diesel fuel, propane or natural gas to the following persons:
