Quarterly List of Distributors for Motor Vehicles Fuels Tax Purposes
This publication has been obsoleted by AN 99(2)
PURPOSE: The purpose of this Announcement is to publish the quarterly list of distributors of motor vehicle fuels. The policy behind publishing an annual list and quarterly lists of persons being added to or deleted from the last list was discussed in PS 92(14.4). The statutory authority for publication of this information may be found in Conn. Gen. Stat. §12-458(a).
