Quarterly List Of Distributors For Motor Vehicle Fuels Tax Purposes
This publication has been obsoleted by AN 98(1)
PURPOSE: The purpose of this Announcement is to publish the quarterly list of distributors for motor vehicle fuels tax purposes. The policy of, and the statutory authority for, publishing an annual list and quarterly lists of persons being added to or deleted from the preceding annual list was discussed in PS 92(14.4).
NEW DIESEL FUEL DISTRIBUTORS: Since the preceding annual list was published, the following persons have been licensed as distributors of DIESEL FUEL, PROPANE or NATURAL GAS only. As of the date indicated below, motor vehicle fuels tax is not payable on sales of diesel fuel, propane or natural gas to the following persons:
