CID Complaints

Criminal Investigation Division (CID) is required by the Police Officer Standard & Training Council to maintain a document on our website for Complaints that Allege Misconduct By Department of Revenue Services Law Enforcement Personnel.

The CID Special Agents are POSTC certified Police Officers.

The CID maintains a uniform policy to accept, process, investigate and resolve complaints from members of the public relating to alleged misconduct or malfeasance committed by our CID Special Agents.
