Appeal Rights after a Seizure

The statutes and timeframe for rights to appeal are:

30 days from the seizure date (Seizures related to cigarettes) as provided in CT General Statute § 12-307(b)
60 days from the seizure date (Seizures related to tobacco products other than cigarettes) as provided in CT General Statute § 12-330(l)
1 week after the date of such seizure (Related to alcoholic beverages) as provided in CT General Statute § 12-454(b)
