The Agency requires all employees to sign an acknowledgement of receipt of the Disclosure and Inspection Rules and Procedures memo. Please review the memo by March 31, 2026. Complete the acknowledgement by clicking the I Agree button at the end of the memo.

Updating the Page: If you see a message at the top indicating an older version, simply click the REFRESH button located on the right.           

Accessing the Memo:

1. To view the memo, go to DRS Annual Reminder 2026;
2. There may be a message at top stating you have an older version. Just click on the REFRESH button at the right.
3. You will see a popup that says Almost there...Please click the Allow button;
4. Review the memo, click the I Agree button;
5. You will see a confirmation message and also receive an email confirmation for your records.
