The Federal Government has reopened COVIDtests.gov. Every household can order four over-the-counter COVID-19 tests for free. These tests are intended for use throughout the 2024 holiday season to detect currently circulating COVID-19 variants. Please visit COVIDtests.gov for your free test.

STATE FLU VACCINATION DAYS

In effort to protect the public’s health and reduce the spread of the influenza (flu) virus the Connecticut Department of Public Health (DPH) is teaming up with local health departments to provide free or low cost influenza vaccine at several locations across the state. DPH strongly encourages all Connecticut residents over the age of 6 months to get a flu shot, and is working with local health departments and districts to make it easy to get one.

You may attend ANY clinic listed below regardless of the town you live in. If you have an insurance card please bring one. Your insurance will be billed a small administration fee but you will not be charged anything out of pocket. The vaccine is free.

Please note: In addition to the schedule below, many local health departments around the state are conducting on-going flu clinics.  If you cannot attend one listed below please check with your local health department for upcoming flu clinics.
