The ENG-29 process is used to maintain and update the public local road network and associated attribution for the Connecticut Department of Transportation
This process facilitates communication between local public authorities and CTDOT's Roadway Inventory Unit who maintains the authoritative public road network, as defined by Title 23 CFR 460.2
Local road acceptance process is further defined by Connecticut General Statute Chapter 238 Section 13A-48
