CTDOT Launches Website for Albany Avenue Project in Hartford

The Connecticut Department of Transportation has launched a new website for the Route 44/Albany Avenue Safety Improvement Project in the City of Hartford. The Albany Avenue Hartford Project website provides overall information about the project.

Going forward, it will provide regular updates on the project as it progresses, advertise meetings and events, provide Spanish-language access to all content on the website, give access to mobile users and provide a direct forum to ask questions. The website includes features to increase its accessibility to people with disabilities and is ADA compliant.

There will be a Public Information Meeting for this project on Thursday, May 18, 2017, at the Chrysalis Center, 255 Homestead Avenue, Hartford. CTDOT and others will be on hand to answer questions.

The website will be updated on bi-weekly basis with regular contractor schedule updates. Project personnel can also be reached by phone or direct email. The goal of the website is to reflect current project information and progress through various stages of work until completion, and to keep the public involved and informed.

This is Project Number 063-0633.
