The Connecticut Department of Transportation Schedules Pre-Bid Conference For Cannondale Rail Station

The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) has scheduled an official viewing of the Cannondale Station for interested vendors on Friday, June 18, at 11:00 a.m. at the Cannondale station. Attendance is required for all prospective proposers. Currently five interested parties have scheduled to attend the viewing.

CTDOT has requested qualified vendors to submit proposals for the concession/commuter service operations at Cannondale station located at 22 Cannon Road, Wilton. The Department will entertain proposals to leas building space located at the state-owned Cannondale station. The CTDOT wishes to lease available space to a vendor with business concession/service geared toward the convenience and benefit of the commuting public at the station.

Deadline for submittals for the Cannondale concession services proposal is Wednesday, June 30, before 3:00 p.m. (See legal notice for details – RFP #161-SOM 10-004).
