MTA Metro-North Railroad Announces Special Martin Luther King Day Schedule
On Monday January 21, the Martin Luther King holiday, Metro-North Railroad will operate on an enhanced Saturday schedule. Off-peak fares will be in effect all day.
Because of lighter-than-normal peak period ridership, Metro-North will not operate a normal weekday schedule, but there will be more trains than a normal Saturday schedule.
The special schedule is available on the web, both on Metro-North’s home page and on its station-to-station schedule page. A customer seat notice also was distributed on all trains.
