These brief highway closures are required to ensure motorist safety during the installation of concrete girders for the Burritt Street Bridge.

These closures are weather permitting. The inclement weather date is Tuesday, September 20th.

These lane closures are part of the widening and interchange improvement projects on I-84 in Southington, Cheshire and Waterbury. Several interchange ramps will be improved and relocated, and new ramps will be built at Austin Road (Exit 25A).
