  CTDOT is announcing that a pavement marking project will be performed on State Routes within District 1 starting on August 6 through November 30, 2023.

• 7/30/2023 Resurfacing Project: Route 8 Southbound in Harwinton/Torrington

  CTDOT is announcing that a 2-inch resurfacing project is scheduled for Route 8 southbound in Harwinton/Torrington from the underpass of Route 118 to northbound beginning opposite Exits 42 -45 from August 7 to August 22, 2023.

• 7/30/2023 Wrong-Way Detection System Installation Project, Exit 91 off ramp from I-95 Southbound in Stonington

  CTDOT is announcing that a wrong-way detection system installation will be performed at the Exit 91 off-ramp from I-95 southbound in Stonington from August 8 to August 9, 2023.

• 7/30/2023 Nighttime Structural Steel Maintenance/Repair on Route 8 North & Southbound in Trumbull

  CTDOT is announcing that a nighttime structural steel repair project will be performed on Route 8 north & southbound in Trumbull from August 3 to September 28, 2023.

  CTDOT is announcing that a milling and resurfacing project will continue on Route 37 in New Fairfield from the south junction of Route 39 to the Sherman Town Line, and on Service Road 850 New Fairfield from the New York State Line to Route 37 from August 7 to August 22, 2023.
