Construction, Inspection and Maintenance Activities Restricted on Major Highways for Upcoming Christmas and New Year Holidays
The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing that there will be no maintenance, inspection, or construction activities on major highways for the Christmas and New Year holiday periods. Only work of an emergency nature will be considered.
For Christmas, this period is from 6:00 a.m. Friday, December 22 until 6:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 26, 2023.
For New Year’s Day, this period is from 6:00 a.m. Friday, December 29, 2023, until 6:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 2, 2024.
