Milling and Resurfacing Route 15 in Wallingford
The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing that a milling and resurfacing project will be performed on Route 15 in Wallingford.
The project consists of milling and resurfacing 6.44 miles of Route 15 in Wallingford. This project is scheduled to occur Wednesday, April 19, 2023 through Tuesday June 6, 2023. The milling segment of this project is anticipated to be performed on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 through Tuesday, May 9, 2023. The resurfacing segment of this project is anticipated to be performed on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 through Tuesday, June 6, 2023.
This project is included in the Department of Transportation’s 2023 Vendor Resurfacing Program.
LANE CLOSURE INFO
Motorists can expect lane closures on Route 15 from North Haven/Wallingford Town Line to Meriden Town Line. Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The work schedule for this project is 7:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. (Sunday night through Friday morning)
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
