Installation of Slow Speed Shoulder Rumble Strips in Trumbull
The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing that a Rumble Strip Installation project will be performed on Route 25 Trumbull near Route 111.
The project consists of 3,908 linear feet of rumble strip installation on Route 25 Trumbull. This project is scheduled to occur Wednesday, March 1, 2023 and Thursday March 2, 2023. The Rumble Strip Installation segment of this project is anticipated to be performed on Wednesday, March 1, 2023 and Thursday, March 2, 2023.
LANE CLOSURE INFO
Motorists can expect lane closures on Route 25 North Bound & South Bound from Whitney Ave. overpass to Route 111 main Street. Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The work schedule for this project is 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Wednesday and Thursday)
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
