Milling and Resurfacing Route 7 in New Milford
The Connecticut Department of Transportation CTDOT (CTDOT) is announcing that milling and resurfacing project will be performed on Route 7 in New Milford near Route 37.
The project consists of milling and resurfacing a 3.54 mile of Route 7. The milling of this project is scheduled to start on Monday, September 26, 2022 and be completed Tuesday, October 4, 2022. The resurfacing of this project is scheduled to start on Sunday, October 2, 2022 and be completed on Tuesday, October 11, 2022.
This project is included in the Department of Transportation’s 2022 Vendor Resurfacing Program.
LANE CLOSURE INFO
Motorists can expect delays and one lane alternating Traffic. Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The night work schedule for this project is 7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. (Sunday through Thursday).
