Milling and Resurfacing Project Route 7 New Milford
The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing that milling and resurfacing project will be performed on Route 7 in New Milford from .049 Miles S/O OP Pond Outlet to Route 37.
The project consists of milling and resurfacing a 3.54 mile of Route 7 New Milford. The milling of this project is scheduled to start on Monday, September 26, 2022 and be completed Tuesday, October 4, 2022. The resurfacing of this project is scheduled to start on Sunday, October 2, 2022 and be completed on Friday, October 28, 2022.
This project is included in the Department of Transportation’s 2022 Vendor Resurfacing Program.
LANE CLOSURE INFO
Motorists can expect delays and one lane alternating Traffic. Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The night work schedule for this project is 7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. (Sunday through Thursday). ). Starting October 24 through October 28, 2022 the regular work schedule for this project is 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Monday through Friday).
