The project consists of mill and fill resurfacing 0.18 south bound miles of Interstate 95 in Branford. This project is scheduled to occur Sunday, October 16, 2022 through Tuesday October 18, 2022. The milling segment of this project is anticipated to be performed on Sunday, October 16, 2022 through Tuesday, October 18, 2022. The resurfacing segment of this project is anticipated to be performed on Sunday, October 16, 2022 through Tuesday, October 18, 2022.
This project is an addition to the Department of Transportation’s 2022 Vendor Resurfacing Program.
LANE CLOSURE INFO
Motorists can expect lane closures on Interstate 95 from exit 53 on ramp south bound to exit 52 off ramp south bound. Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The night work schedule for this project is 7:30 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. (Sunday night through Tuesday morning)
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
