Emergency Bridge Closure at Route 128 in West Cornwall

The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing that Route 128 in West Cornwall at the West Cornwall Covered Bridge will be closed until further notice. Variable message signs (VMS) and boards will guide motorists through the detour.

The detour route is Route 7 to Route 4 to Route 125.

Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
