Electrical Sign Installation (wrong way driver) on I-91 Northbound Exit 42 off-ramp in Windsor Locks
The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing that an electrical sign installation project will be performed on Interstate 91 Northbound in Windsor Locks on Monday, November 21 ending Tuesday, November 22 , 2022 from 7:00 p.m. - 5:00 a.m.
This project (DOT0171-0457CN) is administered by the Department of Transportation’s 2022 Electrical Sign Installation, District 1.
LANE CLOSURE INFO:
Motorists can expect exit ramp closures on I-91 Northbound exit ramp 42 in Windsor Locks. Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists around the work zone. Night work schedule for this project is from 7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. Monday night into Tuesday Morning.
DETOUR INFO:
Exit 45 Route 140, left off ramp, left back onto I-91 southbound and proceed to Exit 42.
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
