Nighttime lane closures on I-395 Northbound and Southbound in Montville and Norwich to Begin April 11, 2021
The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that nighttime lane closures on I-395 northbound and southbound in Montville and Norwich will occur between April 11, 2021 and April 23, 2021. The lane closures are necessary to facilitate the replacement of median guiderail, grading of the median area, and to perform drainage adjustments.
Left lane closure traffic patterns will be installed in both directions along the left shoulder to direct traffic. Nighttime lane closures will start at 7:00 PM and be removed by 5:00 AM, Sundays through Fridays. The lane closures will occur between Exits 9 (Route 2A) and Exit 14 (West Town Street).
Motorists are advised to remain alert, drive cautiously, and to maintain a safe speed when traveling in the work zone.
