The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a pavement preservation project will be performed on Route 25 ramps (from Daniels Farm Rd. & Rte.#15N to Rte.#25S) southbound in Trumbull.
This project consists of full/partial-depth, concrete pavement roadway repairs to ramps within a five-mile segment of Route 25 southbound in Trumbull. This work is scheduled to occur Wednesday, November 4, 2020, through Friday, December 18, 2020, with no work on the days before, during or after the Thanksgiving Holiday. The regular work schedule for this project is from 5:00 a.m. to 9 p.m. (Monday through Friday).
Motorists can expect various ramp closures on Route 25 southbound between Exit 9 (Daniels Farm Rd) and (Rte.#15N to Rte.#25S) in Trumbull.
Traffic control devices and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. Motorists are advised to remain alert, drive cautiously, and to maintain a safe speed when driving in and near the work zone
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions.
This project is included in the Department of Transportation’s pavement preservation program and is being performed by Hammonasset Construction LLC.
