  The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a nighttime milling and resurfacing project will continue on I-395 northbound and southbound in Putnam through Thursday, October 31, 2019.

• 10/8/2019 I-91 Charter Oak Bridge Project Motorist Advisory – Scheduled Partial Closure of Reserve Road in Hartford

  The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that Reserve Road in Hartford (the portion under the Charter Oak Bridge) is scheduled to be temporarily closed and detoured beginning at 9:00 PM on Thursday night, October 17, 2019, until 6:00 AM on Monday, October 21, 2019. The closure is necessary to facilitate construction activities associated with the project. A detour will be in place to bring travelers to Reserve Road destinations north and south of the closure.

  The Connecticut Department of Transportation (Department) will conduct a public information meeting concerning the proposed Route 7/15 Interchange in Norwalk on Wednesday, October 23, 2019 in the Norwalk City Hall Community Room, 125 East Avenue, Norwalk. An open forum for individual discussions with Department officials and the consultant team will begin at 6:30 p.m., followed by a formal presentation at 7:00 p.m.

  The Connecticut Department of Transportation’s (Department) Office of Engineering is implementing a resurfacing, bridge rehabilitation, and safety improvement project on Route 8 in Shelton, Derby, Ansonia, and Seymour. The project begins at the Platt Road overpass in Shelton and ends at the North Main Street overpass in Seymour for a total of 8.8 miles. The purpose of the project is to provide corridor improvements that bring this section of roadway to current standards.

  The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a paving project will be performed on the I-95 Northbound Exit 15 On Ramp at West Ave, and the Route 7 Off Ramp to West Ave in Norwalk, overnight Sunday-Monday, October 6-7, 2019. Work hours will be 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.

• 10/4/2019 Scheduled Nightly Exit 10 Ramp Closures on I-84 Westbound in Newtown

  The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing scheduled nightly closures of Exit 10 on and off-ramps on I-84 westbound in Newtown. The nightly closures will occur from 10 PM to 5 AM beginning Monday, October 7, 2019, and occur each night, ending on Friday October 11, 2019, at 5:00 AM. The closures and detours are necessary to facilitate construction/safety improvement activities
