Resurfacing on Route 201 in North Stonington

The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a milling and resurfacing project will be performed on Route 201 in North Stonington on Thursday, October 10, 2019.
The project consists of milling and resurfacing a 0.09 mile segment of Route 201 in North Stonington. Rain date
will be Friday, October 11, 2019.
This project is included in the Department of Transportation’s 2019 Vendor Resurfacing Program.
LANE CLOSURE INFO:
Motorists can expect lane closures to occur on Route 201 (Cossaduck Hill Rd. end) from the intersection of Route 2 moving northerly for 900’ in North Stonington. Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Thursday).
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
