East Hartford HOV Lane Opening on I-84 West Exit 54 to Downtown Hartford, and the Opening of the Route 2 West Exit 3 Ramp to Darlin Street Scheduled for October 16, 2019, Weather Permitting
The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing the reopening of the HOV lane on I-84 West Exit 54 to the Founders Bridge and the re-opening of the Route 2 West Exit 3 ramp to Darlin Street on October 16, 2019, weather permitting.
